Dawson Creek Minor Hockey Association Using ePACT Network

Dawson Creek Minor Hockey Association is proud to announce our adoption of ePACT Network for better safety. ePACT is a secure emergency network, that we will use to collect medical and emergency contact information electronically. Not only will ePACT replace paper forms, but it will also ensure we have a way to communicate with you in the event of an illness, injury, or larger scale emergency.
How it works
1) You’ll receive an email invite to share information with Dawson Creek Minor Hockey Association.
2) Click ‘Complete Request’ to create a free account, or log-in if you already have an existing ePACT account.
3) Enter the required information, like medical conditions, and share it with Dawson Creek Minor Hockey Association so that coaches/safety managers have access.
4) You can update your information at any time in the year, and we will automatically be notified (e.g. a new cell phone number)
ePACT makes it far easier for you to share emergency information with us, while also ensuring we have access to records anytime, anywhere with the mobile app – even without an internet connection.
Rest assured that you always own your account and the information in it. Plus, ePACT maintains the same levels of security as online banking, and limits access only to the administrators we assign for enhanced privacy.

Friendly notification to all our returning members that DCMHA has implemented a returnee player registration deadline for the 2016/2017 hockey season.

Due to the many aspects that go in to finding coaches, building teams, securing ice time and league registration DCMHA has put a deadline in place of the date of September 15th 2016 for returning players to register. It is our goal to provide the best situation for all our members and to do this we need to manage our roster sizes and teams.

This does not mean we will not accept registrations, however after this deadline we cannot guarantee it’s acceptance. Any players registered after this date will be subject to approval based on roster sizes within our recreational program.

Peewee Rep – Peewee Rep tryouts will begin on Monday August 29th All players wishing to register for tryouts for the Peewee Rep team must be registered by Friday August 26th.

Atom Development, Bantam Rep and Midget Rep- Will begin on either Tuesday September 6th or Wednesday September 7th. All Players wishing to tryout will be required to be registered by Monday September 5th. Please refer to the ice schedule.

For players from out of town wishing to tryout please remember you must be registered with your home association prior to registering for tryouts with DCMHA. If you wish to attend tryouts in Dawson Creek, please contact the DCMHA office or email for further information.
